Please Read the following agreement before submitting payment. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following:
Purpose of the Agreement
Client wishes to hire Crown Credit to provide services relating to Client’s credit repair as detailed in this Agreement. Provider has agreed to provide such services according to the terms of this Agreement.
Services & Delivery of Services. Provider will provide Services for a period of 90 days.
Provider shall provide Client with the following services. Crown Credit will work on the client's credit repair process for a total of 90-days (from the date first letters are mailed) for a flat-rate fee of $325 or current promotional/ installment price option. (The Service includes First Class postage.)
Crown Credit works on the client's behalf by sending dispute letters to remove inaccuracies and questionable negative items from your credit report which result in an increase to your credit scores.
We work with the credit bureaus and your creditors to challenge the unfair or inaccurate negative report items that affect your credit score and to ensure the client's credit profile is up-to-date and accurate.
After the initial letters are sent, there is not much communication for the initial 30 days, as we are awaiting responses back from the bureaus and collection companies. Once you receive their responses, we will send another round of letters, therefore it is very important to let us know when you receive them. The process repeats and continues for the next 90 days.
Cost, Payment and Cancelation of Service
Crown Credit Repair service is a 3-month commitment and the full $325 (or discounted rate) is payable to Crown Credit upon sign up. Cancelations: Clients can cancel at any time within the 90 days, however no refund will be given for unused time.
Crown Credit provides periodic updates of your credit repair progress via email. To check credit scores in between the updates, log in to your Credit Karma account or please contact us directly with questions. We are here to help.
The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) regulates credit repair companies from guaranteeing results. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific number that your score will increase. On average, most clients who follow the process, see a minimum increase of 40 points in a 90-day period. Many clients have seen as much as 100+ increase. Trust the process, and know we work diligently and tirelessly to challenge, change and correct all incorrect and/or questionable items.
Crown Credit does not issue refunds due to the nature of the business and to the fact that we promptly send the first round of letters after sign up. However, we are committed to having 100% satisfied customers and will always ensure we uphold the greatest integrity and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you feel we did not meet our stated obligation, let us know so that we can rectify the issue quickly, correctly and completely.
